WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.; July 23, 2012 — The Florida-based law firm Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce the addition of Tara S. Pellegrino, who joins the firm’s West Palm Beach office as an Associate.

Pellegrino specializes in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and has significant experience with breach of contract matters, commercial torts, shareholders derivative lawsuits, commercial and residential foreclosures and pre-construction depositor lawsuits. She has also handled international business disputes.

Pellegrino is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and received her juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York and Washington, D.C.
