As a board certified lawyer, Nelles is now distinguished as a specialist and expert in intellectual property law. Certification is the highest level of recognition of an attorney’s competence and experience in one or more of the 24 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.

Nelles is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. He has a broad background in commercial litigation and has handled numerous patent, copyright and trademark disputes in the Federal District Courts in Florida and throughout the United States.
