WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.; August 8, 2012 — Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew D. Kissner, who joins the firm’s West Palm Beach office as an Associate.

Kissner focuses his practice on commercial litigation including contract disputes, financial services litigation and real estate litigation matters. Kissner previously worked in the real estate investment industry where he developed proficiency in all aspects of real estate transactions, financial analysis and complex negotiations.

Kissner is a graduate of Florida State University and received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.
