David B. Rosemberg P.L.


David Rosemberg is a Partner in the Miami office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and International Law Practice Groups.

  • Mr. Rosemberg’s litigation practice includes complex commercial and business cases, with an emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property issues (trademark infringement and copyright terminations).
  • Mr. Rosemberg’s international practice (transaction and litigation) includes contract, real estate, and securities matters. Mr. Rosemberg is fluent in Spanish and frequently advises foreign high net-worth families from Latin America, particularly Mexico and Argentina, in connection with their personal and business transactions throughout the United States. From 2009 – 2014, Mr. Rosemberg represented numerous Latin American investors against various European-headquartered banks in International AAA and FINRA arbitrations arising out of the $60 billion Madoff Ponzi scheme. Mr. Rosemberg is the immediate past president of the Inter-American Chapter of the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce.
