David B. Rosemberg

Mr. David Rosemberg is a Partner in the Miami office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Securities Litigation Practice Groups.

  • Mr. Rosemberg's practice includes representing clients in a wide range of business matters, including contract disputes, deceptive business practices and related business torts and brand protection. His practice also includes defending corporations in federal court litigation, as well as representing Receivers appointed by the courts and agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Trade Commission.
  • Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Mr. Rosemberg also represented world-renowned Colombian artist Fernando Botero in a $200 million copyright lawsuit filed in Broward County, Florida. Mr. Rosemberg has substantial legal experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights owned by individuals and entities including international corporations, artists and fashion designers. He also litigates trademark and copyright infringement claims.
  • Mr. Rosemberg is fluent in Spanish and represents high net-worth individuals and corporate clients located throughout Latin and South America with interests in Florida and throughout the United States.
  • Mr. Rosemberg also has experience and an interest in the arts. His client base includes art dealers, collectors, museum professionals, consultants and artists from around the world. As a result, Mr. Rosemberg has experience in various transactional entertainment and art related matters, advising his clients in their transactions and agreements.
  • Mr. Rosemberg co-authored “U.S. High Court Ruling On Sentences Will Impact Laundering Cases,” which appeared in the February 2005 issue of Money Laundering Alert.
  • Mr. Rosemberg is a frequent legal commentator in the media. He has appeared on national television, including Fox Business, and is often quoted in national and international newspapers and journals regarding his representation of victims in the Madoff ponzi scheme.
