Ms. Tara S. Pellegrino is an Associate in the West Palm Beach office of Broad and Cassel. She is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
 Ms. Pellegrino specializes in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and has significant experience with breach of contract matters, commercial torts, shareholders’ derivative lawsuits, commercial and residential foreclosures and pre-construction depositor lawsuits. - She often assists clients with their international business disputes and is fluent in Italian.
- While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Pellegrino received the CALI Excellence Award for Introduction to the Deal and was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
Ms. Pellegrino is an active member of various professional and community organizations. She previously served as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem in dependency proceedings for at-risk children.
