Joshua Brian focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Brian served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel. During his tenure he resolved well over 1,000 cases through trials, pleas or motion resolution.
He previously served as a legal intern and, later, a Graduate Legal Fellow with the Public Interest Law Center at Florida State University College of Law. This program allows second- and third-year law students to earn academic credit while providing legal services to under-represented individuals. Here he advocated in court for clients in criminal, civil and administrative cases.
While in law school, Brian was recognized for his dedication to pro bono legal service, providing assistance to indigent individuals.
Brian is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
