Deutch represents developers, sellers and purchasers in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of general office buildings, multi-family apartments complexes, retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments.

Deutch has further assisted clients in developing and negotiating property management contracts and vendor agreements. Deutch also has vast experience in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.  Her experience has allowed her to assist clients in addressing and extricating themselves from difficult and potentially costly situations.

Deutch was named a “Rising Star” in 2015 by Super Lawyers Magazine. She has also received the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida award and was listed as a 2018 “Top Up and Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide.

Additionally, Deutch dedicates her time to several organizations in the South Florida community, including the Health Information Project. Deutch is the Co-Chair of the Early Childhood Committee of the Board of Temple Judea in Coral Gables and is an avid supporter of the Margaux Early Childhood School.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and received her juris doctor with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.
