Kimberly Freedman focuses her practice on litigation and appellate matters.
She has experience in appellate advocacy and sophisticated motion practice, and she has briefed issues for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Freedman completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Judge Paul C. Huck in the Southern District of Florida. Here she researched and drafted memoranda on a variety of issues.
While in law school, Freedman served as an Eleventh Circuit Review Editor and Writing & Research Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She also participated on the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.
Freedman is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
