Gaset , John P.

John P. Gaset focuses his practice on commercial, consumer, class action and complex civil litigation in Florida’s state and federal courts. He also serves as advisor to businesses on planning and compliance issues.

His clients include auto dealers, finance companies, debt collection agencies, homeowner and condominium associations, and various businesses involved in a wide range of commercial disputes.

Gaset graduated in the top seven percent of his law school class and served as an editor of Florida State University Law Review.

Gaset is an active member of various professional and community organizations. He is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and also received the Hornaday Conservation Award and Gold Presidential Service Award from the organization.
