Gary Itskovich focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development and financing.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring real estate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, title insurance matters and loan closings.
Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Itskovich handled complex commercial real estate transactions at a South Florida law firm. Itskovich also served as in-house counsel to a private equity firm which acquired non-performing mortgage loans and real estate assets, focusing on acquisition, diligence, directed case resolution strategy, as well as special asset needs, including loan modifications, short-sales and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure agreements.
Itskovich earned his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where he received the Pro Bono Honor Award and served as a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Itskovich is fluent in Russian and an active member of various professional and community organizations.
