Erin Kolmansberger focuses her national practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial courts, and before arbitral panels.

She represents clients ranging from individuals, receivers, and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in major litigation including, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, class actions, and breach of contract actions.

Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Kolmansberger practiced in New Jersey where she clerked for the Honorable Michael Haas.

Kolmansberger lives in Miami with her husband and twin sons.
