He is also well-versed in appellate law, with experience in appeals arising from a variety of contexts, including commercial leases, business sales and earn-out agreements, contract interpretation, trade secrets, and arbitration rights. Further, Lambert served as an intern with the Honorable Marva L. Crenshaw of the Second District Court of Appeals, providing him with invaluable insight into the workings of Florida’s appellate courts.

This experience included work as a project manager and director of operations for a company with $20 million in revenues and the creation of a business designed to help subcontractors navigate and comply with Florida’s construction lien laws.
