Livingston , McKenzie A.

McKenzie A. Livingston has extensive experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy, arbitration, business and partnership dissolutions, trusts and estates, and breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty actions. She has significant trial, arbitration and hearing experience.

Livingston focuses her practice on representing hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practice groups in various litigations and arbitrations, including breach of contract actions and landlord-tenant disputes. She also counsels health care facilities on operational matters including professional practice evaluation, credentialing of physicians and other medical staff issues.

Livingston has significant experience in counseling healthcare facilities on compliance with HIPAA, HITECH and Florida statutes governing patient privacy and protected health information.

Livingston is an active member of various professional and community organizations. She also volunteers her legal services as an Attorney Ad Litem in Judicial Dependency Proceedings in Miami-Dade County.
