Regina Rabitaille focuses her practice primarily in the areas of probate, trusts and estates, and transfer tax controversy matters.
Rabitaille previously served as a summer associate in Broad and Cassel’s Orlando office, where she handled a variety of matters, including the drafting and revision of numerous estate plan documents.
She worked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Ocala, FL where she conducted legal research concerning various issues in the civil context.
Rabitaille graduated in the top 10% of her class at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received the Book Award in Evidence and was on the Dean’s List from 2007-2010. Following graduation, she was selected for Order of the Coif. She then went on to receive a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Rabitaille is active in various professional and community organizations.
