Carl Rosen is a Co-Chairperson of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Trusts Practice Group.
Prior to the practice of law, Rosen was a Senior Tax Accountant with KPMG in Fort Lauderdale and maintains his Certified Public Accountant accreditation.
Currently, Rosen’s practice primarily focuses on probate, asset protection, business planning and estate and family “generational” planning for a wide array of affluent individuals and their businesses.
Rosen’s broad range of experience in this very personal and confidential area of law is evident in the work he does for clients, including providing tax advice for individuals and business owners.
A number of articles authored by Rosen have been published in journals, newsletters, magazines and newspapers, including the South Florida Business Journal.
Rosen was named as a Finalist in the South Florida Business Journal’s 2008 Key Partners Awards, which honors and celebrates professonials who are responsible for providing exceptional legal and financial guidance.
Rosen was named in Worth magazine’s 2007 Top 100 Attorneys list, which honors attorneys for their outstanding experience, insight, trustworthiness and commitment to their clients’ needs.
Rosen graduated from the University of Maryland (B.S., Summa Cum Laude), University of Florida (J.D., with honors), and the University of Miami (LL.M. in Estate Planning).
He was recognized in the 2013-2018 editions of “The Best Lawyers in America,” a top legal guide published by Woodward and White.Rosen is a member of various professional and community organizations.
