Kate Stangle provides legal counsel in a broad range of areas, including planning and zoning, permitting, procurement, grants, economic development, ethics, Sunshine laws, finance, real estate transactions and public works.
Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Stangle served as the deputy county attorney for Flagler County. Before serving Flagler County, she was the deputy county attorney for Osceola County for 15 years.
She served as interim Osceola County Attorney in 2006.
Stangle has assisted in the preparation of development orders, comprehensive plan amendments, ordinances, resolutions, regulations, policies and agreements.
