Douglas E. Starcher is Co-Chairperson of the Firm’s Corporate and Finance Practice Group and serves as a member of the Management Committee.
Starcher has extensive experience in successfully managing mergers and acquisitions and was recognized by M&A Advisors in New York as the Seller’s Attorney on the 2015 Technology Deal of the Year over $250,000,000.
He regularly counsels clients as a trusted advisor with regard to daily legal needs, especially in the areas of organizational structuring, contracts, technology licensing and business strategy.
He represents the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority as Finance Counsel and assists with airline rate negotiation, infrastructure finance and many other matters.
He has represented borrowers, including private Christian schools, issuers and underwriters tax exempt bond financing transactions. He is listed in The Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace, a Red Book Directory.
He also has worked for numerous clients raising money in private placement financing and institutional financing.
As part of his corporate practice, Starcher represents numerous not-for-profit and ministry organizations.
