Michael Wilson Joins Construction Law and Litigation Group in Central Florida

ORLANDO, FL; March 3, 2003: Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce Michael Wilson has joined the law offices of Broad and Cassel as a Partner. Mr. Wilson will practice in the Firm’s Construction Law and Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Wilson has practiced law since 1986, litigating commercial and construction disputes throughout the state of Florida, on behalf of owners, contractors, lenders, sureties, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Mr. Wilson obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Floroida College of Law.

Mr. Wilson is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association:  Construction Litigation Section, Forun Committee on the Construction Industry, Litigation Section, Torts and Insurance Practice Section, and the Fidelity and Surety Section.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Construction Law Committee.

Mr. Wilson also serves on the Legislative Committee for Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.  He frequently lectures on issues that impact the construction industry.
