Roberta Bartley Joins Orlando Office

Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce the addition of Roberta Bartley to the Firm’s Orlando office. Bartley is Of Counsel and is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Prior to joining Broad and Cassel Bartley practiced law in South Florida where she gained extensive commercial and residential real estate law experience, including acquisition, sale, leasing, development, title insurance, survey, contract preparation and negotiation, municipal relations, due diligence review, restrictive covenants and financing.

Ms. Bartley has also practiced in the areas of corporate law including stock and asset sales and purchases, employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, corporate financing, and formations of limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

Bartley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Lehigh University in 1974. After obtaining her undergraduate degree she earned her M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1976.  She earned her J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1986 and her LL.M. Masters of Law in Taxation in 1994.
