Jeremy Springhart Elected to Board of Young Lawyers Section of Orange County Bar Association

Orlando, FL; June 29, 2007 — The statewide law firm Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce that Orlando Associate Jeremy Springhart has been appointed to serve on the board for the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

The Young Lawyers Section is part of the Orange County Bar Association, an organization of more than 3,100 Orange County attorneys that are committed to promoting honor, dignity, truth, and professionalism within the legal community.

A member of the Firm’s Construction Law and Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, Springhart specializes in matters involving delay damage and defects claims, professional negligence claims, claims for unforeseen site conditions and payment disputes.

In addition to serving on the board for the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association, Springhart is also a member of The Florida Bar, The Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida, and First Central Florida-American Inn of Court. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in French and International Studies, and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.
