Orlando Office Welcomes Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Attorney, Thomas Norsworthy

ORLANDO, FL; November 6, 2007 — The statewide law firm Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas G. Norsworthy, Of Counsel, who joins the Firm’s Orlando office and the Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Practice Group.

With more than 13 years of legal experience, Norsworthy joins Broad and Cassel after spending five years as a Senior Associate with an Orlando law firm, where he specialized in real estate transactions, development and finance.

Mr. Norsworthy has experience negotiating real property purchases and sales, commercial lease and loan agreements and construction contracts. In addition he has experience resolving real property title issues, advising clients with regard to development code requirements and participating in dispute mediations.

Norsworthy received a Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary Science and Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a retired U.S. Army medical service officer.
