Orlando Office Welcomes Land Use and Environmental Law Attorney, Nicole Guillet

ORLANDO, Fla.; August 25 2008 — The statewide law firm Broad and Cassel is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Nicole Guillet, who joins the Firm’s Orlando office and the Land Use and Environmental Law Practice Group.

Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Guillet served as the Community Development Director and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Apopka, where she gained valuable experience in land development, city planning, and community redevelopment and government relations.

After receiving her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida, Guillet attended Stetson University, where she earned a Juris Doctor. During her tenure at Stetson, Guillet served as a student intern to the Honorable Elizabeth Jenkins at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Guillet is a member of numerous professional and community organizations, including The Florida Bar’s Land Use and Environmental Law, City, County, and Local Government and Administrative Law Sections; the Florida Planning and Zoning Association; the American Planning Association; the American Society for Public Administration; and the Florida Redevelopment Association.
