William Baldwin Joins Broad and Cassel’s Litigation Group

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – (July 5, 2018)Broad and Cassel LLP, which will combine with Nelson Mullins on Aug. 1, today announced the addition of Associate William Baldwin to the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Baldwin was a litigation attorney with Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer and Hicks, Porter, Ebenfeld & Stein in Miami where he developed appellate briefs and complex motions at the trial level. His areas of focus include appeals, construction defects, commercial disputes, insurance, medical malpractice and personal injury/wrongful death.

Baldwin holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, during which he served as an intern for the Indiana House of Representatives. He then earned his juris doctor from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

News of Baldwin’s arrival follows several recent hiring announcements from Broad and Cassel in South Florida and across the state. Recently, the firm announced the additions of Partner Mauricio Rivero and Associate Belkenia Candelario in Miami; Associate Amber Widrick in Boca Raton; Associates Amanda Gunter, Chip Gray and Samantha D’Angelo in Orlando; and Associate Brandon Holmes in Tampa.
