Nicolette Vilmos Named to Statewide, Regional Bankruptcy and Insolvency Boards

Orlando, Fla. (Feb. 7, 2018) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel LLP today announced Orlando Partner Nicolette Vilmos has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 23rd Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop Advisory Board and an Orlando director for the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) Florida Network Board, the premier advocacy group for women in insolvency and restructuring professions. She will serve a two-year term with the IWIRC.

IWIRC connects professional women and offers guidance for personal and professional development. An international organization, IWIRC provides members with a global and local opportunity for leadership and involvement.

An experienced litigator, Nicolette Vilmos is a partner in the Orlando office of Broad and Cassel and chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department. In addition to ABI and IWIRC, Vilmos is actively involved in the American Intellectual Property Law Association. She also serves on the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s board and The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Bankruptcy/ UCC, Judicial Liaison, and Computer and Technology committees.
