“I first heard about Broad and Cassel LLP because of its presence in the community. Soon after joining the team, I began to see firsthand why the firm is so highly regarded. In addition to being able to work with a diverse group of talented attorneys and staff members, the firm’s culture fosters a strong sense of pride in getting the best result for our clients. I have grown a lot in my own career because of the collegial environment. I work with incredibly skilled attorneys on complex matters and in all stages of litigation on a daily basis. I also have the opportunity to join Broad and Cassel LLP in community outreach regularly. No matter the circumstance, I always feel like part of a team.” – Jessica Palmer, Paralegal
“I recently heard the phrase “talent hoarding,” and it struck me that I have never worked with an attorney at Broad and Cassel that wanted to prevent the expression of talent from anyone on their transaction teams. I was drawn to Broad and Cassel by an employment listing that was precise in its description of the skills they were looking for in a real estate paralegal and the scope of work that would be my duties. I knew that it was my job to get because it was everything I have ever enjoyed about being a commercial real estate paralegal. In depth and deal conscious title and survey analysis, review and analysis of various due diligence materials, an intimate connection with deal dynamics and the related document drafting, and participation in, and coordination of, closing strategies is what they offered. They have never failed on that offer. Broad and Cassel has even gone further on their offer and allowed me to develop as a paralegal by involving me in development projects and multi-billion dollar portfolio transactions. It is the complexity of transactions and the challenges that they bring that makes the work at Broad and Cassel unique, stimulating, and interesting; and that is just one of the many wonderful aspects of being a team member here at Broad and Cassel. Your limits at Broad and Cassel are as broad as you will carry them. If you are considering coming to work at Broad and Cassel, put away your fears of a hostile or a stagnant environment, and ready yourself for a firm that supports you in your goals and the growth you want to achieve as a legal professional. Ready yourself to work with a group of fantastically talented people who are always seeking better and creative results, outcomes, and achievements. Get ready for a firm that allows you to let your talent shine.” – Elaine Carlson, Paralegal
