BOCA RATON, Fla. – (June 29, 2018) – Broad and Cassel LLP, which will combine with Nelson Mullins on Aug. 1, today announced the addition of Associate Amber Curtis Widrick to the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Widrick was a real estate attorney with Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C. in West Palm Beach. While there, she developed a diverse real estate practice with representative experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception to close, including drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, evaluation of due diligence materials, title examination, loan document review and drafting closing documents.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and earned her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she won a book award for criminal law.
News of Widrick’s arrival follows several recent hiring announcements from Broad and Cassel in South Florida and across the state.
