BOCA RATON, Fla. – (April 25, 2016) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced the addition of Associate Gabriel Itskovich to the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Joining the Boca Raton office, Itskovich focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, and development and financing. He has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring real estate purchase, sale agreements and loan documents. Itskovich began his legal career representing institutional lenders and mortgage servicers in debt enforcement proceedings. He also served as in-house counsel for Ark Loan Solutions in Fort Lauderdale, where his practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions for the firm. Immediately prior to joining Broad and Cassel, he was an associate at Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L.
Fluent in Russian, Itskovich holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he double majored in international relations and Russian studies, all while becoming a three-time NCAA All-American Athlete. He went on to earn his juris doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and was the recipient of the Pro Bono Honor Award for completing more than 300 hours of public service.
This is the latest in a series of announcements tied to Broad and Cassel’s growth across the state. The firm recently announced the addition of veteran Health Law Attorney Mark Folk in Boca Raton and Former Circuit Court Judge Frank Sheffield in Tallahassee.
